Passing Time

First thought I had in my mind was, "The LORD is testing us". But I had always wanted to stay in an airport overnight.

Here´s the other thing. The Miami airport is in the shape of a U. We landed on the left end of the U. We had to walk all the way through the airport to the other side of the U. We had no other choice but to walk since there weren't any gold carts or whatever. With my 30 pound backpack, a guitar (which had a Bible in the case) in my right hand, and my flute slung over my left shoulder, I dragged myself behind my parents. My parents had plenty of luggage themselves so we were all panting and sweating in no time.

After walking for about 40 minutes with all the luggage, we finally got to our destination. We got our boarding passes, found a place to eat, and settled in for a long night. Want my honest opinion? I WAS BORED. Haha but then I had an idea. Why not skype my amazing friends who made that wonderful book? I messaged them and they replied right away. We all got on and talked for several hours. It was wonderful.

I really am going to miss everybody in Texas, but I know that God has an amazing life planned out for me in Uruguay.

At 3 AM we finally got on the plane that was headed for Santiago, Chile. Thankfully the plane had TVs and movies, but I was way too exhausted to check them out. I reclined my chair, got the blanket and pillow, stretched out, and fell into a deep sleep.
