I almost started typing August. It's September already!! How is everybody?

I was more than excited when a pastor we knew had a church member who liked to take people up in his plane. We got the privilege to experience flying. I got to be copilot and even grab the steering wheel. It was amazing!
Whenever I turned the plane left or right, I would here my mom yelling over the headset, "Joyce! Joyce! Stop! Go slower!!" For the sake of my mother's health, I did not make any sharp turns (I wanted to do three-sixties in the air but the plane wasn't the type to do that).
Not only did we have an amazing view, but we even got to go over John Travolta's house. If you don't know him, he's from the movie Face/Off with Nicholas Cage. He had his own big swimming pool and a plane! The pilot explained that Travolta himself flew his crew around whenever they would film a movie.
